WCD is a small transmitter device kept at the customer’s table. These transmitters have 3 buttons – Waiter, Bill and Water. Each function has a dedicated light for its indication, which makes the system more efficient and also catches the customer’s eye. Customers can request for any of the 3 services at just the push of a button. The wireless WCS Receiver notifies the POS and Captain App, allowing a nearby waiter to pick up the task.
With the help of WCS, your waiters directly get notified of the customer’s requirement of Water or Bill. This saves a significant amount of time and effort of first going to the table only to ask what is needed, and then fetching it.
